These Terms govern your use of the Gaarsia platform operated by Gaarsia Academic Advisory. By creating an account or purchasing a service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services

Gaarsia provides postgraduate mobility advisory through Pathway Review (free scores screening), Pathway Blueprint (paid roadmap and Pathway Blueprint Report), and Pathway Complete (full application and arrival stewardship). Deliverables, timelines, and fees are described on our pricing pages and at checkout. Gaarsia provides evidence-based preparation, not placement. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa outcomes. Recommendations are professional guidance, not legal or immigration advice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, upload authentic documents, respond to advisor requests promptly, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for your account credentials.

Payments & pricing

Fees are one-time EUR payments processed via Stripe unless otherwise stated. Current list prices: Pathway Blueprint €129; Pathway Complete €1,290. Pathway Review is free. Prices shown at checkout prevail if they differ from marketing pages during a transition.

Cooling-off refunds

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of a paid purchase by emailing [email protected] with your account email and payment reference. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. After the cooling-off window, fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer law or where another section of these Terms explicitly applies.

Blueprint upgrade credit

Pathway Blueprint purchasers may upgrade to Pathway Complete within 30 days of Blueprint purchase. Your full €129 Blueprint fee is credited toward Complete. You pay only the balance shown at checkout.

The Gaarsia Commitment

Where you complete Pathway Complete following agreed deadlines and documented strategy, submit all included university applications through Gaarsia, and receive zero offers from your Gaarsia shortlist, Gaarsia refunds 50% of your Complete fee. Eligibility requires good-faith participation, timely document submission, and advisor verification. This is not a guarantee of admission, scholarships, or visa outcomes.

Intellectual property

Pathway Review scores previews and Pathway Blueprint Report outputs are licensed to you for personal advisory use. Gaarsia retains rights in methodologies, templates, and platform software.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaarsia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from admission, funding, or visa outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service tier in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Copenhagen shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
