Prospective and active candidates, assigned advisors, Gaarsia staff, and website visitors who contact us or create accounts.

Special categories

We do not intentionally collect special-category data unless you voluntarily include it in application documents. Treat uploaded files as sensitive and share only what is necessary for your advisory engagement.

Automated decision-making

Pathway scores and report drafts use structured assessment logic and intelligence data. Final Pathway Blueprint Report outputs are advisor-reviewed before delivery. You may request human review of scoring outputs by contacting your advisor or [email protected].

Subprocessors

Current categories: cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), analytics (Google Tag Manager / Vercel Analytics, where consented). An up-to-date list is available on request.

Data breach notification

We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. If a breach likely affects your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
